Responsibilities
- Responsible for supplying plants with the quantities necessary for operation by following up the operating plan equivalent.
- Manage cold store budget to ensure all payment with in AOP .
- Achieving supply plan from the Planning Department on daily basis and applying it on the ground with follow-up of registration priorities in the plant (or garage. transit).
- Make a daily meeting with his team , to delivered all dynamic changed regarding the potato and corn stored.
- Attend daily meeting with plant manager and plant team
- Responsible for achieving the withdrawal and storage plan to and from the rooms in cooperation with the team.
- Responsible for following up the quantities stored inside the rooms in terms of following up the temperatures and drainage based on the laboratory plan.
- Responsible for following up the fork lift, writing a report in case of malfunctions, following up on repairs with suppliers, and following up on filling gas cylinders daily to ensure that the gas-powered fork lift does not stop, which may affect the receiving, storage and operation processes.
- Follow-up stocks of corn of all kinds at the site to ensure their availability according to the manufacturing plan to supply the lines.
- Follow up the balance and ensure the safety of its weights by calibrating it at the beginning of each shift and following up the maintenance work for it with the competent company.
- Follow-up with the maintenance team to determine and facilitate the times of annual overhaul of equipment to organize work, which does not affect the storage and supply plan for factories or maintenance work.
- Follow-up with the maintenance team and the agricultural quality laboratory team, spraying rooms with anti-germination material.
- Responsible for following up the labor team (equipment operators + sorting labor) during work and training them on the best ways to perform their work according to the company's rules.
- Follow up tractor drivers on the condition of tractors and take daily reports from them on the status of tractors to inform the maintenance team if any.
- Responsible for developing his team of daily workers to raise the performance at work through the work of training plans for their work and follow-up to ensure that the objectives of the training plan are achieved.
- Work to reduce losses in storage rooms through effective tracking of storage conditions.
- Applying the instructions of occupational safety and health for his workplace while achieving all his goals through effective participation, achieving the goal of accidents, training workers on that, and attending his training hours.
- Follow up with the food safety and health team to apply all the requirements required for his workplace and achieve all the requirements of the Egyptian Food Health and Safety Authority without any observations that may affect the registration of his location in the white list with the daily quartz to detect any situation that may lead to an error in those requirements and correct it and make sure that it is not repeated again.
Qualifications
- University degree (Engineering or Logistics)
- Experience warehouse 1 - 3 years.
- Computer skills
- Planning skills
- Very Good command of English language.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Analytical / Thinking skills to be able to identify opportunities
- Good leadership and communication skills
