We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound, outbound, and Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for inbound, outbound, and Sort Center processes
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Bachelor's degree, or High school or equivalent diploma
- Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work 40 hours a week
- Candidate has to have strong inbound and outbound from our core FCs Step up, and knowledge of Sort Center activities, demonstrating bias for action and managing external stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Excellent excel skills, automated tools and dashboards.
