Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an External Recruiter at Melodica Music Academy. The External Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates ONLY. They will work part-time and remotely to support the academy's talent acquisition needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to source candidates effectively
• Knowledge of the music or performing arts industry is a plus
• Experience with recruiting tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and remotely
