About the Role:

We are looking for an Extrusion Operator/ Plastic Extrusion Operator/Masterbatch Machine Operator to support the smooth running of our production lines. You will follow safety and quality guidelines, keep records updated, and help ensure our products are made correctly and on time. This role is ideal for someone experienced in production work and committed to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily production tasks as instructed
• Coordinate with mixers to keep production running smoothly
• Check product packaging and labelling
• Keep accurate production records
• Support basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance
• Work with the Quality team to resolve issues quickly
• Report any incidents or unsafe practices
• Help keep the work area clean and safe

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Certificate or Technical Diploma
• 3+ years of production experience in extrusion(polymer industry preferred)
• Basic computer and arithmetic skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Strong focus on safety and following procedures
