Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an F&B Cost Controller. The F&B Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing cost control processes, conducting menu costing analysis, and ensuring the financial accuracy of inventory and procurement processes. The role involves providing cost and budget insights to management, preparing financial reports, and identifying opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and improve profitability. Collaboration with other teams to establish cost-effective strategies is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Menu Costing, including experience in monitoring and analyzing food and beverage costs.
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting to maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and oversee budgeting processes.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial data, interpret trends, and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel and accounting platforms; understanding of ERP systems is an advantage.
• 5 to 7 years experience in the Restaurant industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
