We are seeking a passionate and results-driven F&B Area Manager to oversee multiple departments within our retail and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing food and beverage performance, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service, and driving profitability across the regions. The F&B Area Manager will develop effective strategies and initiatives, market growth opportunities, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B departments to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead F&B Area supervisors and Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance sales and profitability in line with annual budgets.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock management and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations to assess performance and compliance of locations under management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote F&B offerings and engage with the customer base through events and promotions.
- Analyze sales reports and trends to identify areas for improvement and target-setting for each outlet.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained across all locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 10 years in an area management role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes in the F&B sector.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency in multiple locations.
