Job Title: F&B Sales Executive (B2B)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Sales Executive with proven B2B experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across hotels, restaurants, catering companies, distributors, supermarkets, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the HoReCa, retail, and wholesale sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafs, catering companies, and institutional clients
- Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and tasting sessions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 25 years of B2B sales experience in the F&B industry
- Strong network within HoReCa, retail, or distribution channels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Valid driver's license (if field sales role)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with food distributors, FMCG brands, or beverage companies
- Knowledge of food safety standards and industry regulations
