Food & Beverage Supervisor
We are seeking a confident, service-driven
Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and experience in
four- or five-star hotel environments, capable of maintaining service excellence while supporting operational efficiency.
A professional overview of your role:
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising service teams, upholding brand standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests across assigned outlets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily operations of assigned food & beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting service colleagues to deliver consistent service standards.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective service recovery.
- Monitoring cleanliness, setup, and overall presentation of outlets at all times.
- Assisting with staff scheduling, duty rosters, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinating closely with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other operational teams.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and brand SOPs.
- Supporting inventory control, minimizing wastage, and maintaining cost awareness.
- Assisting with staff training, coaching, and on-the-job development.
- Preparing reports and communicating operational updates to management as required.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Senior Service Associate, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and outlet operations.
- Leadership capability with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.
