Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in woven fabric
- Strong knowledge of basic woven fabric constructions and technical parameters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- High persuasion skills; proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- No travel restrictions and able to adapt to frequent factory visits
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of pre-treatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes for woven fabrics
- Knowledge of fabric testing and related test methods
- Ability to manage supplier visits, on-site production follow-up, and CP (Critical Path) tracking
- Capable of conducting fabric research and sourcing based on garment manufacturers needs
- Able to act as a technical bridge between fabric mills and garment manufacturers
