Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated and innovative
Facade Design Draftsman to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed design plans and specifications for high-quality faade systems. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all designs align with project objectives and comply with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for faades using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate architectural, structural, and MEP input into faade designs
- Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Conduct design presentations and provide technical support to project teams and clients
- Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Stay current with trends and advancements in faade design technology and materials
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in faade design drafting within the construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or similar software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of faade systems, materials, and building regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively work in teams and communicate design ideas clearly
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
