ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Facilities & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our workspace in KSA. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high-quality facility standards, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the role, you will be looking after the following:

Facilities Management

  • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the workspace
  • Ensure compliance with local safety, health, and regulatory standards (KSA requirements)
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and handle repairs efficiently
  • Coordinate with building management and landlords where applicable

Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs
  • Monitor space utilization and optimize efficiency
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage third-party vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, IT, etc.)
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality and SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (community, events, finance, leadership)

Member Experience

  • Ensure a high-quality, seamless experience for members and guests
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
  • Support community and events teams in executing programs

Reporting & Data

  • Track operational KPIs (facility uptime, response time, costs, usage)
  • Prepare reports on performance, expenses, and improvements
  • Use tools (Excel, dashboards) to monitor and optimize operations

WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or hospitality/coworking environments
  • Strong understanding of KSA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with tools like Excel, project management platforms (e.g., Trello), and reporting systems
  • Proven experience managing vendors and facility operations
