Job Description

We are hiring Facilities Maintenance Specialist for one of our clients in the hospitality sector.

Location: CFC

5 working days, 2 days off (Fri - Sat)

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate all maintenance requests between operations teams and external maintenance companies.
  • Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.
  • Monitor quality of completed maintenance work and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with Owners Relations to communicate updates on property issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 46 years of experience in operations coordination, property management, facilities management, or maintenance coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
