We are hiring Facilities Maintenance Specialist for one of our clients in the hospitality sector.
Location: CFC
5 working days, 2 days off (Fri - Sat)
Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate all maintenance requests between operations teams and external maintenance companies.
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.
- Monitor quality of completed maintenance work and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with Owners Relations to communicate updates on property issues and resolutions.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in operations coordination, property management, facilities management, or maintenance coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
