Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Facilities Manager role located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of facilities under the company's management. Responsibilities include managing facility upkeep, scheduling regular maintenance, supervising service providers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing resources for cost-effective operations. The Facilities Manager will also coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address needs and concerns, as well as improve processes and facility performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Facility Management practices, Maintenance Planning, and Asset Management
• Experience in Health and Safety Compliance and understanding of regulatory standards
• Proficiency in Vendor Management, Contractor Supervision, and Budget Management
• Strong Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics effectively
• Familiarity with facility management software is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in facility management or a similar role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry
