Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in Total Facilities Management (TFM) to oversee the operations of high-rise towers and master communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, safety, and client satisfaction across all FM disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end TFM operations including hard and soft services
  • Oversee facilities for high-rise residential/commercial towers and master communities
  • Lead and manage FM teams, subcontractors, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, owners associations, and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, audits, and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in Facilities Management
  • Proven experience in TFM operations
  • Hands-on experience managing high-rise towers and master communities
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, soft services, and FM best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
  • Relevant degree/diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications (FMP, CFM, IFMA, RICS) will be an advantage
