Required to join an expanding Facilities Management company in Riyadh managing a range of prestigious facilities.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance in managing and optimising the mechanical systems and facilities .
This position requires a strong technical background and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, combined with proficient project management skills.
Working closely with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, engineers, and executives, the consultant aims to enhance the overall performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
MUST Be fluent in written and spoken Arabic
Requirements:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Proven experience in facilities management or consulting, with a focus on mechanical systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
Knowledge of SFG-20 standards, NFPA, CIBSE, Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE etc.
Proficiency in assessing and analyzing complex mechanical issues.
