We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the full operational management of an existing commercial/residential property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
- Manage service providers (Security, Cleaning, Maintenance)
- Supervise preventive & corrective maintenance plans
- Control operational budgets and cost efficiency
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Enhance tenant experience and handle operational issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Proven experience managing operational properties (not construction phase only)
- Strong vendor & contract management skills
- Budget control and reporting experience
