About the Role

EFS is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Egypt. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including handling purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The role includes analyzing supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors is a critical part of this role to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong experience in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • 4-7 years of experience in the facilities management
  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and expertise in Contract Negotiation
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing costs and optimizing procurement decisions
  • Knowledge of procurement standards and compliance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in facilities management procurement is an advantage

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and expertise in Contract Negotiation
