The Facilities Procurement Specialist will oversee procurement activities related to facilities operations, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations. Key responsibilities include raising purchase orders, conducting assessments of vendors for quality and compliance, analyzing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt that supports the organization's commitment to maintaining high standards in facilities management services.

• Strong experience in Purchase Orders processing and Procurement management
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Advanced Analytical Skills and the ability to optimize procurement processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in facilities management, construction, or a related industry is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, team-based environment
