Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in facilities management and/or construction projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure, facility development, and construction initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of facilities and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, scope definitions, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
  • Monitor project expenditures and cost variations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Manage the selection, onboarding, and performance of contractors and vendors.
  • Review and approve contracts, scopes of work, and deliverables.
  • Ensure contractors adhere to project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and facility requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare progress reports, risk logs, and project performance analysis.
  • Ensure all project records are properly documented and archived.
RequirementsExperience
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, facilities management, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction or facility development projects.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is preferred
Certifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, facility operations, and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and cost control.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
