Job Description

Role Objectives

The role is responsible for supporting the smooth daily operations of the facility by coordinating services, monitoring

site conditions, and reporting maintenance issues. This role ensures that the work environment is safe, clean, and

functional, while escalating any technical or repair needs to the appropriate teams or vendors.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day facility needs from internal teams.

Monitor general office and facility conditions and report any maintenance, repair, or safety issues to the

relevant parties.

Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with standards (e.g., HVAC,

cleaning, lighting, landscaping).

Assist in ordering and tracking office and facility supplies as needed.

Support front desk and office coordination tasks when required.

Keep records of facility-related activities, such as maintenance requests, service logs, and inspection

checklists.

Assist in preparing reports and updates related to facility conditions or issues.

Help maintain compliance with health and safety standards across the site.

Perform other administrative or coordination duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Lead.Perform

other duties and responsibilities as required, commensurate with the scope and level of the role.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in facilities management, workplace services, or operations coordination.

Strong understanding of vendor management and maintenance services.

Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and contract management processes.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
