Job Responsibilities
- Review the maintenance activities for the offices and site mobile offices (HVAC, plumbing and lightning). Conduct Weekly / Monthly HSE inspections
- Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies of the administration team.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing utilization reports
- Plan and manage the main services of the facilities such as reception and security
- Follow up on the buffet and cleanliness budget and ensure that it is in control
- Responsible for any maintenance and repairs activities on the premises
- Organize the company bills such as Internet, Electricity, Water.
- esponsible for petty cash settlement
- Organize company events and set the place for any meetings or visits. Responsible for the construction works within our facilities
Job Qualificatios
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind, with great negotiation skills
- Problem solving oriented person
