About The Role
The Facility/Asset Lead is responsible for overseeing the safe, secure, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable operations and maintenance of Euro Mechanical's facilities across multiple locations, with a focus on preserving the long-term value of the assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage maintenance plans, repair schedules, and budgets for all facilities, equipment, and refurbishment activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensure timely execution of periodic maintenance, and respond to emergency breakdowns to maintain operational continuity.
- Oversee facility operations including equipment upkeep, MRO materials, parking allocation, waste management, and building security to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement and enforce safety programs and procedures, ensuring full compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Monitor utilities consumption, control maintenance costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean practices and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility & Asset Management.
- Proven work experience in industrial, oil & gas, or engineering environments.
- Strong adaptability and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and technical teams.
