Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and follow up on daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Support operation, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and low current systems.

Ensure smooth daily facility operations and timely response to maintenance issues.

Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and system performance.

Coordinate with technical teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards.

Report technical issues and support coordination with clients and internal departments.

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, SLAs, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

23 years of experience in Facility Management or similar environments.

Good technical knowledge of building services and MEP systems.

Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a hands-on approach.
