Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and ensure proper installation, renovation, and maintenance of facility systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage facility improvement and optimization projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities in alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and oversee network and monitoring solutions to track facility capacity, performance, and utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational safety and health standards, as well as all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective facility operations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and layouts related to facility systems and modifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing facility layouts, drawings, and as-built documents.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance systems, preventive maintenance planning, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with occupational safety, health standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
