Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Facility Maintenance - Technical Supervisor. The Technical Supervisor will oversee daily facility operations, supervise maintenance teams, reporting, and ensure that both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are executed efficiently. The role includes managing facility systems, addressing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards. The individual will also manage equipment upkeep and support the implementation of sustainable facility solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facility Management, including expertise in Building Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
• Strong Equipment Maintenance knowledge, ensuring operational effectiveness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong background and understanding of Plumbing, Electrical, AC/HVAC, Civil, Carpentry, water tank cleaning & Masonry
• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively.
• Technical knowledge in sustainable practices and the ability to contribute to energy-efficient solutions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications or training in facility management or maintenance services are highly desirable.

MUST HAVE CRITERIA:

• U.A.E driving license
• Education certificate
• More then 4 years of experience as technical supervisor
• Multispecialty with extensive knowledge in AC/HVAC
• Salary proof - current or last job salary slip/bank statement proof
