Job Purpose

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the organization's buildings and facilities. This role ensures that the workplace environment is safe, efficient, and well maintained while managing service providers, budgets, and facility-related projects.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, cleaning, admins, and utilities.
  • Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) are functioning properly.
  • Manage all out-of-scope services.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor facility expenses and manage the facilities budget.
  • Handle facility-related emergencies and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Follow up vendors KPIs
  • Support workplace improvements to enhance employee comfort and productivity.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in facility management or building operations not less than two years.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
