Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Facility Manager with strong real estate experience to manage maintenance operations, supervise technical teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure efficient, compliant facility performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Manage all equipment systems, ensuring proper function and regular maintenance.
  • Track equipment performance and generate periodic reports.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and technicians.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage annual maintenance contracts and monitor contractor performance.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for facility upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify issues.
  • Assist in planning and overseeing renovations, refurbishments, and installations.
  • Monitor utility usage and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage the facility management budget.
  • Generate regular reports on operations, incidents, and maintenance status.
  • Resolve any facility-related emergencies or urgent issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi is a plus.
