We are looking for a skilled Facility Manager with strong real estate experience to manage maintenance operations, supervise technical teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure efficient, compliant facility performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Manage all equipment systems, ensuring proper function and regular maintenance.
- Track equipment performance and generate periodic reports.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and technicians.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
- Ensure all facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Manage annual maintenance contracts and monitor contractor performance.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for facility upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify issues.
- Assist in planning and overseeing renovations, refurbishments, and installations.
- Monitor utility usage and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the facility management budget.
- Generate regular reports on operations, incidents, and maintenance status.
- Resolve any facility-related emergencies or urgent issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; Hindi is a plus.
