Facility System Administrator

The Facility System Administrator is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves managing facility-related systems, performing system administration tasks, providing technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues, and overseeing network administration. The administrator will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

• Proficiency in System Administration and Troubleshooting to maintain and optimize facility-related systems
• Experience in providing Technical Support to resolve user and system issues effectively
• Expertise in Network Administration and Information Technology to ensure the reliability and security of networks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with facility management systems and processes is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, dynamic environment
