Role Purpose:
The Factory Facility Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient technical operation of the factory in Jeddah. The role oversees all facility systems, utilities, maintenance activities, and technical services required to support uninterrupted factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical systems on site including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and building systems.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely execution.
- Supervise on-site maintenance teams and verify the quality of completed work.
- Maintain maintenance logs, asset registers, technical records, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens EHS standards and MODON industrial regulations.
- Coordinate contractor work, approve permits, and ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, compressed air, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support upgrades and technical projects by reviewing drawings and coordinating site activities.
- Oversee site safety readiness including fire systems, emergency procedures, and routine inspections.
- Prepare monthly facility performance updates and maintain documentation for audits.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in facility management or technical operations, preferably in industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, fire systems, and building infrastructure.
- Experience with maintenance planning, contractor supervision, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
