Factory Foreman

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Foreman located in Doha, Qatar. The Factory Foreman will oversee daily operations, provide supervision and guidance to the team, and ensure the smooth and efficient workflow of the factory. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, overseeing maintenance and repairs of equipment, and collaborating with management to optimize processes.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage factory operations and team members
• Experience working with Heavy Equipment and performing routine Maintenance tasks
• Proficiency in Carpentry for assembly or repair work
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in manufacturing or factory operations is preferred
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and guidelines
