Role Description

The Factory General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, high-quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. This full-time role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and leading effective resource allocation. Additionally, the manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and develop strategies for continuous growth. This is an on-site position located in Beni Suef.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management and leadership skills to effectively oversee factory operations and teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, process improvement, and supply chain management.
• Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Data analysis, reporting, and decision-making skills to evaluate performance and implement strategic improvements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a managerial role within manufacturing or production is required.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software is beneficial.
