Factory Manager- Textile Experience

SEKEM Group is seeking a full-time Factory Manager with textile industry experience to manage operations at its Cairo, Egypt location. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, develop and implement production plans, and optimize manufacturing efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating operations, managing teams, monitoring outputs, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. This is an on-site position requiring direct engagement with production teams and adherence to SEKEM's commitment to sustainability and quality.

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Quality Control
• Strong skills in Production Management and Operations Management
• Experience in overseeing Manufacturing Operations, particularly in the textile industry
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Commitment to sustainability and high-quality standards
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing factory operations is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
