We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Fashion Designer with proven experience in luxury womenswear and modest fashion to join a prestigious fashion environment in Kuwait. This role requires a well-rounded professional capable of managing the full design cycle, from concept development to final production, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Abaya, Kaftan, Couture, and Ready-to-Wear collections
- Create seasonal and capsule collections aligned with market trends and brand direction
- Prepare detailed sketches, technical drawings, and comprehensive tech packs
- Select fabrics, trims, and accessories in line with luxury standards
- Coordinate effectively with production, tailoring, and merchandising teams
- Attend fittings and oversee alterations to ensure precision and quality
- Monitor sample development through to final approval
- Conduct ongoing research on trends within luxury and modest fashion
- Ensure designs meet both creative expectations and commercial objectives
- Uphold and maintain consistent brand design standards
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in luxury or high-end fashion
- Strong expertise in Abaya and modest fashion design is essential
- Demonstrated ability to combine creative vision with technical execution
- Solid understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Experience in sample development and production follow-up
- Previous exposure to GCC markets is considered an advantage
