Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients visiting the atelier, offering a personalized and design-informed shopping experience.
- Leverage your fashion design knowledge to explain garment construction, fabric choices, and custom possibilities to clients.
- Provide styling advice, size guidance, and customization recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to communicate client feedback and custom requests.
- Support the atelier with visual merchandising and ensure the space reflects the brand aesthetic.
- Track inventory, client orders, and alterations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Achieve sales targets while embodying the brand's luxury service standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fashion retail, luxury boutiques, or premium customer service.
- Education or strong knowledge in fashion design, textiles, or garment construction (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident, approachable, and client-oriented.
- Passion for women's wear, fabrics, and design details.
- Ability to thrive in a startup / boutique environment with flexibility and initiative.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
- Professional, well-groomed, and enthusiastic about fashion and design.
