Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Tailoring Workshop Manager located in Dubai. The Workshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the tailoring workshop, ensuring that all customer orders are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing the dressmaking and fitting process, ensuring quality control, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients. The Workshop Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Handling Inventory and Stock Management
• Experience in Sourcing and Outsourcing Fabrics and Materials
• Conducting Quality Checks to Ensure High Standards
• Skills in Dressmaking, Tailoring, and Fitting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Managing a Team and Providing Training
• Proven Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks and Work Under Pressure
• Relevant Qualifications or Certifications in Tailoring or Fashion Design are a Plus
