We are looking for a Female Business Development Executive / Broker Relationship Manager with minimum 6 months of real estate experience.
Arabic speaking candidates preferred.
Broker experience is also acceptable.
Develop and manage relationships with brokerage firms, agents, and key industry partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify growth opportunities and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless broker support.
Track performance metrics, provide reports to management, and forecast partnership performance.
Conduct regular meetings, webinars, and training sessions with broker partners.
Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
06 -5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales (brokerage or related industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales or partnership goals.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
