Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. As a Female Stretching Coach, your responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one private assisted stretching sessions, leading group stretching and fitness classes, and providing at-home stretching sessions for clients in the area. You will assess clients physical conditions, create personalized stretching routines based on individual needs, and offer guidance on flexibility and injury prevention. Maintaining a high level of professionalism while ensuring client satisfaction and safety will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal training, fitness coaching, or guided stretching sessions
• Strong understanding of body mechanics, flexibility training, and injury prevention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering positive client experiences
• Certifications in fitness, physical therapy, or related fields (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues in a professional studio environment
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping individuals achieve their physical goals
