Qualifications:- Previous experience in glass fiber fabrication, lamination, or composite materials work.
- Familiarity with resin systems (polyester, epoxy, vinyl ester) and curing processes.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle material preparation and finishing tasks.
- Vocational training or certification in composite materials (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years related experience is required
- Strong knowledge of glass fiber materials, lamination techniques, and repair methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Awareness of health and safety practices in working with resins and composites.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Task Description:- Prepare, cut, and assemble glass fiber materials for molding, lamination, or repair of Train parts
- Perform lay-up, lamination, and curing processes using hand tools, rollers, and resin application techniques.
- Repair damaged or worn glass fiber structures and components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and protective coatings as required.
- Inspect finished products for defects, strength, and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the working area in a safe and clean condition.
- Follow strict health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE, when handling chemicals and fibers.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Document work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
