Specializing in online interactive courses in the engineering field, we offer customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of individuals, companies, and academic institutions.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Claims Management Instructor at Link Academy. The instructor will be responsible for delivering online interactive courses, providing hands-on training on advanced methodologies for managing claims, variations, and contractual disputes in major construction projects. The role ensures participants gain a practical understanding of claim drafting, delay analysis, and effective negotiation under international contract forms. The role may also involve developing course materials and assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Claims Management or Contracts Administration.
  • Expertise in international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) and delay analysis techniques.
  • Experience in delivering training and instruction, preferably in an online format is a huge plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Certification in Contract/Claims Management (e.g., CIArb, RICS) is a plus.
