Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Field Operations Manager with a strong background in field governance, operational discipline, and incident lifecycle management. You will play a missioncritical role in ensuring highquality field execution that directly supports the Network Operations Center's (NOC) availability, reliability, and restoration objectives. You will serve as the operational backbonealigning field execution, NOC workflows, and governance frameworks to deliver seamless service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce governance standards, SOPs, and compliance controls across all field operations supporting the NOC.
  • Monitor SLAs, MTTR/MTBF, dispatch performance, and outage patterns to safeguard network uptime.
  • Ensure accurate triage, prioritization, and field dispatch execution in alignment with NOC escalation workflows.
  • Govern the full incident lifecyclefrom alarm validation and ticket assignment to RCA review, documentation accuracy, and closure quality.
  • Lead risk, safety, and compliance management activities, including HSE, LOTO, site access, and field infrastructure readiness.
  • Oversee vendor governance including technical audits, SLA scorecards, contractual adherence, and overall service quality.
  • Support network expansions, modernizations, migrations, upgrades, and scheduled change windows, ensuring field readiness and execution assurance.
  • Enhance technical procedures, troubleshooting flows, and field playbooks to improve restoration speed and operational consistency.
  • Leverage NOC analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to drive proactive maintenance and reduce failure recurrence.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Based in Al Khobar.
  • 69 years of experience in network service operations, including field governance, incident lifecycle management, and performance assurance in the KSA telecom market.
  • Strong technical understanding of Fiber/FTTx, transmission systems, IP/MPLS, site power infrastructure, active network elements, and field troubleshooting practices.
  • Proven capability working with SLA frameworks, KPI dashboards, incident lifecycle governance, and operational cadence management, including SOPs, technical standards, dispatch logic, workflow documentation, and compliance structures.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret alarms, logs, incident patterns, and operational risks, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence crossfunctional teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Preferred

Certifications such as: ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma.
