Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Consultant to drive sales and business development in the travel and tourism sector. The role involves representing our travel products and services, developing strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, and achieving consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about travel sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads and close sales for holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and global travel services.
Acquire and manage new B2B travel agency partners and corporate accounts.
Conduct client visits, sales presentations, and promotional activities.
Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize revenue per client.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide timely responses to inquiries, quotations, and service requests.
Act as the key point of contact for clients within the assigned territory.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor pricing, promotions, and offerings.
Share insights with management on market trends and opportunities.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking confirmations and service delivery.
Maintain updated client and sales records in the CRM.
Submit weekly activity and sales reports to the Director India Sales & Operations.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).
36 years of experience in travel & tourism sales.
Strong knowledge of the UAE travel market with proven sales and upselling experience.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed CTC: INR 35,000 per month.
Travel Allowance: Reimbursement basis.
Incentives: Attractive performance-based sales incentives (as per internal policy and quarterly targets).
