Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Executive specialising in Occupational Health & Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), located in Dubai. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting products, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets while staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to address customer needs is also an integral aspect of this role.

We are not looking for a desk warmer, but a proactive individual with a fresh perspective who loves the thrill of the chase.

You will spend 80% of your time in the field, opening new doors and closing deals. We are looking for someone who values honesty, loyalty, and isn't afraid to challenge the old way of doing things to get better results.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge and interest in Occupational Health & Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales reports accurately
  • Proficiency in identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies to meet and surpass targets
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and demonstrate a customer-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or currently pursuing one
  • Previous internship or experience in sales or related fields

Key Objectives:

  • Drive Immediate Revenue: Focus on high-velocity sales cycles and credible clients willing to pay on a cash or short-term basis.
  • New Client Acquisition: Aggressively scout for new B2B and B2C opportunities.
  • Process Optimisation: Analyse our current sales workflow and suggest newer, faster, or more efficient ways to close deals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales & Prospecting: Conduct daily visits to potential clients (industrial workshops, construction sites, facility management companies) to promote our PPE and Safety solutions.
  • Closing & Collection: Manage the full sales cycle from pitch to payment. Crucial: Ensure strict adherence to payment terms and prioritise cash/immediate payment customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with clients through honesty and reliability. Be the face they rely on, ensuring they return to us for repeat orders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Identify gaps in the market or our current processes. If you see a better way to sell or a new market segment to attack, we want you to pitch the strategy and lead the execution.
  • Reporting: Use our ERP (ERP Next) to track visits, pipeline, and revenue accurately. Provide weekly forecasts on actual cash intake.

Requirements:

  • Experience: minimum 3 years proven experience in Field Sales in the UAE (preferably in PPE, industrial tools, or construction supplies).
  • Language Skills:
  • English: Strong professional proficiency (Mandatory)
  • Arabic: Strong verbal communication (Highly Preferred)
  • Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam: (Advantageous)
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and mobile apps to manage workflow on the go.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and a car.
