Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and representing PetHQ pet food products to a diverse client base, including retailers, pet stores, and veterinary clinics. As part of our team, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, focusing on building strong relationships with both new and existing clients while creating impactful sales opportunities and educating customers on PetHQ's premium offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives and targets.
  • Track sales progress, client interactions, and results; report regularly to the Head of PetHQ.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities related to pet food products.
  • Ensure adequate distribution and availability of all SKUs and maintain in-store and online product visibility.
  • Verify product pricing is accurately communicated and displayed on shelves.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including pet stores, veterinary clinics, breeders, and groomers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and retention.
  • Present, promote, and sell pet food products tailored to customer needs and preferences.
  • Gain expert-level product knowledge and educate clients on nutrition and product benefits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.
  • Negotiate agreement and trade deals; build mutually beneficial commercial plans with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service; address and resolve customer queries or concerns.
  • Organize and support promotional events, in-store demos, and marketing initiatives.
  • Efficiently invest in marketing activities for profitable and sustainable sales growth.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities and generate regular sales performance reports.

Must have requirements

  • Current UAE Driver's License.
  • Proven 3-5 years of sales experience; prior experience in FMCG or pet supplies industries is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with results focus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; adept at utilizing data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
