Responsible for installation, testing, analyzing, maintaining, repairing and training on Syntegon Equipment especially Solid and Sterlile and associated products at customer sites. Provide customers with excellent technical customer service and ensure complete worry free operation.
Provide field service repairs, training, installations, and commissioning as scheduled.
Assist production with final machine testing and checkout.
Train customers on proper operation, maintenance and safety rules of customer equipment.
Implement periodic maintenance routines (Preventive, autonomous maintenance)
Provide support to customers, Customer Service and Sales, as required.
Participate in training in order to maintain technical expertise and proficiency on applicable/new equipment and applications through internal training.

Qualifications
Demonstrated advanced mechanical skills. B.A. in Engineering degree
Min 5 years of prior hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of Sterile Solid and Filling Pharmaceutical equipment/machines
Experience with Tablet Press machines is an asset
PLC and HMI knowledge is an asset
Good knowledge in assembly and solving problem intervention.
Perfect Trouble shooting skills. Define instruments, methods and procedures for solving the tasks.
Very good level of English language skills.
