Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, maintenance (PPM/Calibration), and repair (Corrective calls) of our equipment and devices at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports and client interactions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customer feedback and improve product performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field operations.
- Manage and prioritize service requests to achieve customer satisfaction and meet deadlines.
- Ensure that tools, demo units, and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Be able and willing to perform emergency call-out services (including non-office hours) to provide fast and efficient service within the UAE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
- Proven experience (minimum 4-5 years) as a Medical-Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role in the Healthcare Field.
- Must be available to join immediately within the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics and medical equipment relevant to our field (Imaging, Automatic Injectors, Thyroid Uptake systems, Radiation therapy QA/AC devices, and Physiotherapy).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to cooperate well with others, share knowledge, and support team goals.
- Willingness to work with radiology-related devices and travel extensively to client sites as needed.
