What You'll Do:
- Install tissue and soap dispensers at client locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot dispenser issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with the Fine Solutions team to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work performed.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep inventory of supplies and report shortages to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; IPAF certification is a must.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of dispensers and diffusers (or similar equipment).
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tools and handle on-site technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Previous experience in installing or maintaining dispensers or similar equipment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations.
