Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician specializing in industrial coding machines. The successful candidate will support our installed base across food, beverage, petrochemical, pharma & industrial manufacturing sectors, ensuring high uptime and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CIJ, TTO, CO & Fiber Lasers, Print & Apply, Thermal Inkjet and Piezo Inkjet.
- On-site troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective maintenance
- Preventive maintenance scheduling, and system lifecycle care
- Printer networking, software integration with line automation & PLCs
- Conduct operator technical training and documentation
- Support spare parts identification and high quality service reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and service quality standards
Candidate Profile- 37 years experience servicing industrial coding & marking equipment
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, pneumatics and industrial communication protocols
- Ability to read electrical & mechanical schematics
- Experience with production lines and automation integration
- Excellent level of English
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently
