Role Description
We're looking for an In-House Filmmaker — someone who can capture and create strong visual content across both photo and video. This is a hands-on role focused on producing content for brands, from day-to-day social assets to campaign shoots.
You'll work closely with the team to bring ideas to life through content that is visually strong, culturally relevant, and aligned with each brand's identity. Ideal for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and confident both behind the camera and in post-production.
**This is not a personal content or influencer role — we're looking for someone focused on creating content for brands, not building a personal platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation (Photo & Video)
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content across social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Capture a mix of planned and reactive content including products, spaces, people, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and creative direction
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.) with a strong sense of pacing and format
- Apply colour grading, sound, and basic motion where needed
- Select, edit, and optimise images for social and marketing use
- Adapt content across multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
Production & Execution
- Manage key aspects of shoots including setup, lighting, equipment, and on-set execution
- Support shoot planning including basic location scouting and preparation
- Work closely with the team to deliver content efficiently and at a high standard
Creative Support
- Assist in developing content ideas, shot lists, and visual references
- Stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform shifts
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative discussions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Content Production, or a related field
- 1–2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or content production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video work, with a clear eye for composition and storytelling
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom (After Effects is a plus)
- Comfortable shooting both photo and video, with a solid understanding of lighting, framing, and sound basics
- Understanding of content formats and platform requirements across social media
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across fast-paced outputs
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable when working across multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
