Brand and Content Lead

This is an equity-first role. Salary of AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month begins in August, approximately 3 to 4 months from now. Visa and insurance from day one if required. You start immediately and you work from our Dubai office. If you need a salary before August, this role is not for you right now. This role is for people who have worked inside a startup, know what that actually means, and still want to do it again.

The Role

We are looking for a Brand and Content Lead who owns the full creative output of WYLE. This is not a scheduling role. This is the person who decides how WYLE looks, sounds, and feels to every professional who encounters us before they ever experience the product.

You shoot. You edit. You write. You design. You get on camera when the moment calls for it. You work directly with the Founder and the Growth Marketing Manager with no layers between you and the decisions.

You Will Own

• Content production end to end: scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing video and short-form content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
• Copywriting: post copy, community messaging, email sequences, seminar scripts, and website copy. The written voice of WYLE is yours.
• Brand consistency: visual identity, tone of voice, and design standards across every touchpoint.
• Asset production: every visual, carousel, reel, and campaign creative that goes live under WYLE.
• PR foundations: building media relationships and pitching WYLE's story to the right publications when the time comes.
• Community content: daily cadence across WhatsApp channels, win stories, and community posts.

You Have

• A portfolio that proves you can shoot, edit, and design. Show us, do not tell us.
• 3 to 5 years owning content and brand for a startup, agency, or product you genuinely cared about.
• Copywriting ability beyond captions. You can write a seminar script, a cold email, and a community post and they all sound like the same brand.
• Camera confidence. Not just comfort. Confidence.
• The financial stability and risk appetite to work equity-first for 3 to 4 months. If you do not have both, please do not apply.
• Dubai-based. Able to start immediately. Works from our office.

Compensation
